From our years of experience in vegan cooking, the La Casara Veg laboratory was born.

The idea of cooking healthy foods, using excellent raw ingredients, in an artisanal way, without the use of additives (which prolong shelf life but compromise both nutritional value and quality) has brought us this far. We’re certain you share this philosophy and this approach to food. We’d be delighted if you joined us on this journey.

We offer a wide range of alternative products, ideal for vegans, those who are lactose-intolerant, and anyone curious about alternative cuisine. Quality always comes first for us: our products are organically certified and contain no preservatives, colorings, or flavorings.

The Casara Veg laboratory is certified as compliant with the ORGANIC production method by QCert.

All our BIOFORMÌ and BIOGERMOGLI products are certified organic.

All our products are made exclusively with VEGETABLE-BASED INGREDIENTS, making them free from LACTOSE and EGGS.

We do not use ingredients or flours containing GLUTEN, so our products are also guaranteed for people with CELIAC DISEASE.
